In the nation's second richest state, more than one million of us lack health insurance. Homeowners pay staggering property tax bills, yet we face a multi-billion dollar state budget shortfall. Corruption often seems more prevalent than courage among our elected officials. And for too long, business interests have been setting the agenda in Trenton.
The New Jersey Working Families Alliance is working to change that.
We are activists in Montclair, retail workers in Camden, teachers in Red Bank, men and women of all backgrounds across New Jersey. We're fighting for justice, fairness and honesty in our state's politics and policies.
